Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile, sharp Software Developer who can think on their feet and learn fast. You will focus primarily on the ongoing development, customization, and maintenance of our existing ERP platform and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and expand our existing ERP system and client solutions.
• Write clean, secure code for web applications and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs, integrate third-party APIs (including EFRIS), and improve system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and system deployments.

Candidate Requirements

• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with C#, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Databases & APIs: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and RESTful API integrations.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, high adaptability, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Setup & Probation Terms

• First 6 Months (Probation): Fully Remote with weekly living/stipend allowances. This period is dedicated to assessing your ability to learn our tech stack and workflows.
• Post-Probation (Full-Time): 5 days/week On-Site at our Kampala office with a full-time salary package upon successful approval.
