■ Minimum Requirements

- Around 3 years of practical development experience utilizing TypeScript or Python.

- Experience building systems on top of managed cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Prior experience in client-facing work within system development (contracted development, SES, or freelancing are all acceptable).

- Fluent Japanese proficiency.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working as a Project Leader, Manager, or Tech Lead.

- Practical familiarity with agile or Scrum development frameworks.
