Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Flutter Developer at RLSoft Technology. The Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Day-to-day tasks include implementing UI/UX designs, integrating APIs and back-end services, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting and debugging issues across different devices and platforms. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. The Flutter Developer will also help optimize application performance, stay current with Flutter ecosystem updates, and support continuous improvement of development workflows.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in Dart and at least one other modern programming language.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles applicable to Flutter and mobile app development.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development, including API integration, RESTful services, and working with JSON data.
• Experience building and deploying Flutter applications for Android and iOS, including use of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and ability to implement responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization for mobile applications is a plus.
