Backend Engineer Qualifications, with required skills:

1. Has experience developing web applications (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot)
2. Understands and able to work with a DevOps approach — containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift) and understands CI/CD pipelines
3. Has skills and experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT / Information Systems
2. Has communication skills able to explain structural matters, along with good interpersonal skills
3. Has discipline and a sense of responsibility
4. Willing to see tasks through to completion

Bonus points: has previous experience developing security tools
