About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER role is focused on building and scaling the systems and applications that serve millions of users. This position plays a key role in developing reliable, high-performance features and infrastructure, influencing technical decisions, and driving AI integration within the platform. The role directly contributes to the organization's ability to deliver seamless live event experiences and advance its technological capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy full-stack features for web, mobile, backend services, and APIs.
  • Design scalable and reliable systems supporting millions of users.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance services, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to address customer and business needs.
  • Manage projects from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Write clean code, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Enhance system performance, observability, and developer productivity.
  • Facilitate AI adoption through automation, agentic tools, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Work within a collaborative culture emphasizing ownership and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Experience with full-stack development including frontend, backend, and APIs.
  • Strong backend skills in Golang or similar languages (Python, Java, C#, Ruby, Rust).
  • Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
  • Experience with RESTful or GraphQL API design and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
  • Understanding of workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal or AWS Step Functions.
  • Interest in AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT is advantageous.
  • Experience with React for modern web application development.
  • Familiarity with mobile development concepts and/or React Native.
  • Strong collaboration skills and passion for problem-solving.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • United States - Pay Range $206,550—$280,800 USD
