Engineering has already been rebuilt around agents under a new hands-on CTO, with agents now involved in product design, development, and testing. What You Will Own

• Own feature sets on the core web application end to end
• Direct several coding agents in parallel, including away-from-keyboard work
• Build evals, test harnesses, and quality gates for agent output
• Give agents the product, UX, and testing context they need
• Own product thinking, UX, and testing alongside the code

What You'll Need

This role is a strong fit for senior software engineers who run multiple coding agents in parallel on production work and supervise them AFK.

• Ran several agents in parallel on production work, supervised using evals and harnesses
• Multi-agent terminal setups such as CMUX, WMUX, Hrdr, or Sandcastle
• Hand-built production software with strong system design, performance, and testing fundamentals
• Production depth in Node.js, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, and AWS
• Owned a substantial piece of a product at an early-phase company
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a flat, founder-led environment
