Company Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to be assigned to our partner organization operating in the finance sector. The candidate will take an active role in the development of core banking systems.

Role Description

• Contribute to the development of core banking applications
• Perform backend and frontend development for new modules and workflows
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues arising in existing systems
• Participate in API development, testing, and documentation processes within integration projects
• Coding in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and assist with version control
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, business analysts, and project managers
• Develop solutions in compliance with security, sustainability, and quality standards
• Contribute to unit testing and basic automation test efforts
• Continuously improve technical knowledge with a willingness to learn banking processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 2-4 years of experience in full stack development
• Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:

Backend: .NET / .NET Core

Frontend: React and React frameworks (SPA)  

Database: SQL, relational data models

APIs: REST + JSON, API integration structures

• Understanding of DDD, CQRS.
• Experience with React for front-end development.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Dapr and Tye.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and disciplined work approach.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of core banking, financial transactions, payment systems, or banking processes
• Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or modern architectural practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Experience with message broker technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
