About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively. You will work closely with hiring managers across different departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound hiring decisions.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant HR tools.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
