Job Description:

• Own the architecture, technical direction, and delivery of a core product from concept to scale. 
• Build deeper, more sophisticated product experiences that create measurable value for customers and the business. 
• Write and review high-quality code across the front end and supporting service layer, leading by example through hands on contribution. 
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, and development practices that enable the team to move quickly without compromising quality. 
• Champion AI-native engineering practices, identifying opportunities to automate, accelerate, and improve how we build products. 
• Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and senior leadership to shape priorities, influence strategy, and ensure we are solving the right problems. 

Requirements:

• Deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise across the stack. 
• A track record of building, shipping, and owning complex products, ideally as a Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or senior individual contributor. 
• Fluency with modern AI-native and agentic development workflows, with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tooling to increase productivity, quality, and impact. 
• Strong product instincts and the judgement to make pragmatic trade-offs that balance customer value, technical quality, and commercial outcomes. 
• The ability to operate with high levels of autonomy in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities can evolve quickly. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence decisions across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity about how technology creates value for users and the business. 
• Experience mentoring engineers and helping to build high-performing teams, even if you have not held formal people management responsibility. 
• A passion for raising engineering standards through coaching, collaboration, and leading by example. 
• Strong systems thinking, with experience designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and resilient. 
• A growth mindset, willingness to challenge assumptions, embrace feedback, and continuously learn as technology evolves. 
• Experience working in high-growth, scale-up, SaaS, platform, or product-led environments is highly desirable. 
•  Experience with Vue 3, Vite, and the broader modern front-end ecosystem (Preferred not required)
• Experience building products within hosting, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, control panels, SaaS platforms, or other highly technical environments.
