2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer, Growth role focuses on enhancing user experience and accelerating customer activation through the development of growth-oriented features and platforms. The position contributes by shaping product improvements, running experiments to optimize user engagement, and collaborating across teams to build scalable engineering solutions that support the organization’s growth objectives.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to help users maximize the platform’s capabilities

• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to inform decision-making

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify growth opportunities

• Contribute to the development and scalability of the Growth platform

• Work with multiple teams to establish a solid foundation for growth initiatives

• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews

• Improve engineering quality, processes, and tooling

• Generate ideas and progressively own projects from planning through delivery

4. Requirements:

• Passion for delivering excellent user experiences across diverse user groups

• Ability to make data-informed decisions and assess impact

• Experience or strong interest in event-driven infrastructure on GCP or AWS

• Background in building production applications with backend languages (e.g., Ruby, Go)

• Willingness to work across the stack or develop full-stack skills with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience in scale-up environments or Growth teams

• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Hex

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base Salary Pay Range $136,400—$196,100 USD
