What You'll Do
- Research, design, develop, test, and support software applications and business systems.
- Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Evaluate and implement software improvements to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate project status and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support compliance with HIPAA requirements and company security standards.
What You Will Bring
- High school diploma and at least 5 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years working with .NET technologies.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience developing applications using ReactJS.
- Understanding multi-tier architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threading, and shared services.
- Experience with unit testing, mock-data testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Delphi development.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and modernization initiatives.
