We are seeking a versatile and analytical Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while also contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications. This role combines strong technical engineering capabilities with business analysis expertise to deliver effective, data-driven digital solutions.

The role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and system design. Responsibilities include supporting end-to-end software development, from requirements analysis and system design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining frontend and backend applications, designing and integrating APIs, and managing databases to ensure high performance and scalability. The role will also document business processes, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support product planning and backlog prioritization in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

In addition, the Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst will conduct process analysis, identify operational inefficiencies, propose system improvements, and support data analysis and reporting to enable better decision-making. The role will participate in Agile development processes, support testing and validation activities, and ensure that delivered solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across business and technology domains.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of backend development using languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and API integration.
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, system integration, and software architecture concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management, collaboration, or development tools is an advantage.
