About The Role

Creates, builds, and manages software solutions and the internal tooling that keeps our studio shipping. You'll work across Next.js client projects and our internal design-tokens pipeline.

Responsibilities

• /01Build client-facing Next.js applications with motion-first interfaces.
• /02Maintain and extend our internal design system and motion library.
• /03Pair with designers from kickoff through production handoff.
• /04Own observability and performance budgets for the work you ship.
  
  

Requirements

• /014+ years of professional frontend experience, with a focus on React.
• /02Strong working knowledge of TypeScript and modern build tooling.
• /03Experience with motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) is a plus.
• /04Comfort with design tools (Figma) and pairing with designers.
