2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Development Engineer role is focused on designing and developing software applications and platforms that support digital healthcare strategies. This position plays a key role in enhancing software functionality and reliability, contributing directly to the organization''s efforts to improve healthcare processes and user experiences.


3. Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements

• Determine feasibility of solution designs and prepare technical documentation

• Upgrade existing software to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Write and review high-quality code; perform unit and automation testing

• Develop and deploy application components; support testing and bug fixes

• Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

• Support applications, systems, and databases related to prescriptions, claims, and healthcare activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, technical requirements, code review, deliverables, quality assurance, and best practices


4. Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field

• Graduate-level experience including coursework, research, internship, thesis, or six months of experience in:

- Oracle Database Management System (DBMS)

- SQL and Python

- Object-oriented programming in Java

- XML, SOAP, Web services, and JEE application servers

- Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Tableau and Machine learning

- Big Data and Spark

- Hadoop platform (HDFS)

- Cloud platforms such as Google Collaboratory, GCP, or AWS

- Data structures and algorithms


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $109512.00/year to $158620.00/year base salary

• Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program

• Participation in equity award program
