Full Stack Engineer | Python / TypeScript | E-commerce Start-Up | Fully Remote

A genuinely exciting early-stage start-up is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join an exceptional founding team.

They’re already profitable, have a strong product and are now scaling the engineering team. You’ll have a huge amount of ownership and the freedom to make decisions, move quickly and actually get things done.

The Role

• Build across Python and TypeScript
• Take features from idea through to production
• Work directly with the founders on product and technical direction
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT as part of your everyday workflow
• Solve problems independently without layers of process or approval
• Help shape the product and engineering culture as the company grows

About You

• Strong Full Stack engineering background
• Confident with Python and TypeScript
• Very comfortable using AI coding tools and know how to get the most out of them
• High agency, pragmatic and exceptionally delivery-focused
• Comfortable making decisions with limited direction
• Someone who wants trust and autonomy, rather than being managed closely

Profitable start-up. Exceptional founders. Fully remote. Huge ownership.

For someone who gets stuff done and wants the freedom to do their best work, this is a seriously exciting opportunity.
