Hiring: Java Full stack Developer/TMX Lead Developer

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid/Onsite as per client requirement)

We are looking for an experienced TMX Lead Developer with 10–12 years of hands-on development experience in React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript to lead enterprise web application development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end application design, development, testing, and deployment

✅ Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise web applications

✅ Define coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews

✅ Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and mentor development teams

✅ Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React JS, Node JS & JavaScript:

✅ Build reusable components, RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services

✅ Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, authentication platforms, and cloud services

✅ Optimize application performance, scalability, and security

✅ Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment

✅ Participate in Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming

Required Skills:

✔ 10–12 years of software development experience

✔ Strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, JavaScript (ES6+)

✔ Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications

✔ Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Backend Development

✔ Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

✔ Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills
