About the Role
Algorythm.lb is looking for a Software Engineer (Laravel & Flutter & Next.js) for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable back-end systems and building high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with the team to implement features, contribute ideas, improve product functionality, and participate in technical/product discussions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain back-end applications using Laravel
* Build and enhance mobile applications using Flutter
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
* Collaborate with team members to define and refine product features
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance
* Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and overall product quality
Required Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science (algorithms, data structures, system design)
* Experience in back-end development (Laravel preferred)
* Experience developing mobile applications with Flutter
* Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment
Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud technologies
* Figma experience
* Interest in product thinking and user experience
