TypeScript Fullstack Engineer (Typescript / Python)

Location: Remote (Germany) or Hybrid (Munster)

Language: Fluent German required

What we’re building

We’re a ~100-person engineering team focused on AI-driven platforms and custom software.

Our core products include:

  • DialogBits → a generative AI platform for enterprise automation (chatbots, internal tools, workflows)
  • Sparkassen-KIPilot → an AI assistant used to automate tasks, generate content, and support decision-making across one of Germany’s largest financial ecosystems

We work close to the product, not as a delivery factory — you ship, you own, you improve.

What you’ll work on

  • Build and extend TypeScript-based applications (frontend + backend)
  • Work with Angular (frontend) and Node.js / NestJS (backend)
  • Integrate AI components (LLMs, automation flows, data pipelines) into real products
  • Design and evolve scalable system architecture
  • Own features end-to-end: concept → implementation → deployment → iteration
  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
  • Work in a modern DevOps setup (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)

Tech stack (typical)

  • Frontend: Angular, TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js, NestJS
  • Data: PostgreSQL, NoSQL
  • Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  • Other: REST, APIs, Git

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience with TypeScript
  • Hands-on with Angular and Node.js (NestJS is a plus)
  • Comfortable working across the stack
  • Experience with databases (SQL + ideally NoSQL)
  • Familiar with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes)
  • You care about clean code, performance, and maintainability
  • You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable figuring things out

Why this role

  • Work on real AI products in production, not prototypes
  • High ownership — engineers shape architecture and decisions
  • Strong engineering culture, not corporate overhead
  • Direct impact on products used at scale in Germany
