About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Manufacturing
Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient
production workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and
production to develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a

Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process
engineering within a similar industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations is essential. Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to
lead process improvement initiatives and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards are also important qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing procedures and workflows to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and modifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality control plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting equipment and process issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
