Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into the release process.
  • Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, testing strategies, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# for test automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
