Role Overview

You will be joining an edge team with a strong resemblance to a Research & Development environment. Our team’s mission is to build pathways toward specific goals and future states by exploring, adapting, and improving existing solutions rather than simply creating something entirely new.

The team is made up of professionals from various backgrounds, including Software Engineering, UX Research, and Product Management. However, each member plays a unique role in managing the end-to-end product development journey from research, requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and stakeholder communication.

We call this approach AiO (All in One) where team members are empowered to contribute across different stages of the process and collaborate to solve meaningful challenges.

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer who is adaptable, curious, and passionate about solving diverse technical challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore problems, develop solutions, and deliver impactful products.

🔥 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in an environment where you are exposed to multiple projects, domains, and changing business challenges.
• Familiarity with AWS and serverless infrastructure platforms such as Fly.io or Vercel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the broader context before designing solutions.
• Curious mindset with the ability to explore problems deeply and identify practical approaches.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Candidates who are already based in Yogyakarta will be considered an advantage.
