The role

Reporting into the Lead Developer for mySRA, you will use your experience to help shape our methodologies, processes, and drive adoption into the team.

As Software Developer, you'll work closely with different members in our IT team including other developers, architects, DevOps, and delivery teams to create reliable, user-focused services and contribute to quality code that follows modern engineering best practice.

You will help develop and design both internal and externally facing applications - websites, APIs, and modular integration components. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, you will be key to maintaining and enhancing standards, principles, and ways of working and how we achieve this in the most effective manner.

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge and experience in Azure, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API and MSTest.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of what constitutes clean, maintainable code, recognition of patterns and anti-patterns.
  • Strong analytical skills to unpick complicated flows, including with the use of artificial intelligence support.
  • Knowledge and experience in HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge and experience in TypeScript and frontend frameworks including Angular and Vue.js
  • Ability to work collaboratively and have a result orientated approach
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
