Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Laravel Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel/PHP, frontend development, and MERN Stack technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications, a strong understanding of website design and UI/UX, and the ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Work hands-on with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern and user-friendly designs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in system architecture, technical planning, and development decisions.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience with Laravel and PHP.
• Strong frontend development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
• Good understanding of website design principles and UI/UX.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MySQL/MongoDB and database optimization.
• Understanding of web security and performance optimization.
