فنادق ميريا شركة متخصصة في تشغيل وإدارة الفنادق بمختلف تصنيفاتها وأحجامها، بخبرة تمتد إلى 15 سنة. نبحث عن مطور فل ستاك للعمل على Merya Ops — منصتنا الداخلية لإدارة عمليات الفنادق التي تخدم ملاك الفنادق وموظفي الشركة.

التصميم (UI/UX) جاهز بالكامل على فيغما، والمطلوب تحويله إلى منصة عاملة فعليًا. ستكون أول مطور متفرغ على المنتج، تعمل مع الإدارة مباشرة وتملك أجزاء كاملة منه من طرف إلى طرف.

الأجر: يبدأ من 5,500 ريال شهريًا (حزمة إجمالية) حسب الخبرة.

المسؤوليات:

- تطوير الواجهات بدقة مطابقة لتصاميم فيغما (pixel-perfect) بعربية RTL احترافية

- بناء الواجهة الخلفية وقاعدة البيانات لوحدة الملاك: المشاريع، الإيرادات، المصروفات، متوسط سعر الليلة (ADR)، بيانات النزلاء

- تطوير الإقفال الشهري بما يشمل الدردشة داخل المنصة ورفع الملفات

- بناء آلية استيراد عبر قوالب إكسل جاهزة، مع تحقق من المدخل وتقرير أخطاء مفهوم

- تكامل مع نظام إدارة الفنادق (PMS — Hotelogix) لمزامنة البيانات، والتهيئة لتكامل لاحق مع نفاذ

- بناء بنية متعددة المستأجرين قابلة للتوسع بعزل صارم بين بيانات كل مالك، وامتثال PDPL و NCA ECC

المطلوب:

- سنتان فأكثر خبرة عملية في تطوير الويب فل ستاك

- إتقان React و TypeScript

- خبرة قوية في PostgreSQL وتصميم قواعد البيانات

- إجادة واجهات عربية RTL بشكل احترافي

- إتقان Git

- العربية قراءة وكتابة مع إنجليزية تقنية

- استعداد للتعلم السريع في الأمن السيبراني والامتثال التنظيمي (PDPL / NCA ECC)

- القدرة على العمل في فريق صغير وتحمل مسؤولية كاملة على أجزاء من المنتج

يحسب لك:

- منصات SaaS متعددة المستأجرين

- تكاملات API خصوصًا أنظمة PMS أو الأنظمة الحكومية

- معرفة بتكامل نفاذ

- خبرة في القطاع الفندقي أو أنظمة B2B SaaS

Merya Hotels specialises in hotel operations and management across all classifications and sizes, with 15 years in the field. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on Merya Ops — our internal hotel operations platform serving hotel owners and company staff.

The UI/UX design is fully complete in Figma; the role is to turn it into a working platform. You would be the first full-time developer on the product, working directly with management and owning whole areas end-to-end.

Compensation: from SAR 5,500 per month (total package), by experience.

Responsibilities:

- Implement pixel-perfect UI from the Figma designs, in professional Arabic (RTL)

- Build the backend and database for the Owners Module: projects, revenue, expenses, ADR, guest data

- Develop the Monthly Closing feature, including in-app chat and file uploads

- Build a data import mechanism using pre-built Excel templates, with validation and a readable error report

- Integrate with the hotel PMS (Hotelogix) for data synchronisation, and prepare for a later Nafath integration

- Build a scalable multi-tenant architecture with strict isolation between owners' data, compliant with PDPL and NCA ECC

Required:

- 2+ years of hands-on full-stack web development

- Proficiency in React and TypeScript

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database design

- Strong ability to build professional Arabic (RTL) interfaces

- Confident with Git

- Arabic reading and writing, plus technical English

- Willingness to learn quickly on cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (PDPL / NCA ECC)

- Able to work in a small team and own product areas end-to-end

Nice to have:

- Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

- API integrations, especially PMS or government systems

- Familiarity with Nafath integration

- Hospitality sector or B2B SaaS experience

- Working knowledge of PDPL / NCA ECC

- Basic DevOps and CI-CD
