Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Software Engineer with strong expertise in Modern C++ development to design, build, test, and support scalable software systems. This role is focused on application and platform development using modern software engineering practices and requires ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from design through deployment and production support.

The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, maintainable, high-performance code and has experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions in collaborative, Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications and services using Modern C++.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features and technical solutions from requirements through production deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development processes.
• Develop automated tests and ensure high levels of software quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the codebase, tooling, and development workflows.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain system reliability, observability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience developing large-scale, high-performance, multi-threaded applications.
• Strong knowledge of STL, memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Note: This role is focused on Modern C++ application development and is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in Embedded Systems, Gaming, Unity, Unreal Engine, or Firmware development. And also candidate must be willing to learn C# & .Net .
