About the Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong Python backend skills and AWS cloud experience to join our team building an AI-powered data platform. You will work on secure authentication (OIDC/SAML/SSO), backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern web applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI, Starlette, etc.)

Implement secure authentication and authorization (OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO)

Integrate with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)

Strong experience with async Python programming and concurrency patterns

Experience with event driven, streaming architectures and messaging services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Redis, Elastic Cache

Understanding of deployment strategies such as blue green or canary deployments

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

Develop and maintain frontend applications (React/Next.js or similar)

Work with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC etc.)

Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform)

Collaborate with data engineers, cloud engineers, AI app engineering team and product teams

Write unit and integration tests; ensure code quality and reliability

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and security

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

Integrate and maintain code quality tools such as SonarQube

Requirements:

7+ years experience in Python backend development

Experience with authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO)

Hands-on experience with MCP, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns, including practical application in AI-enabled software products

Strong software development lifecycle background, with experience in streaming architectures, production-grade engineering, testing, release management, and operational support

Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end software engineering, from requirements clarification and solution design through development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Strong grounding in clean architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and maintainable code practices

Ability to design robust APIs with clear contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, error handling, and secure integration patterns

Experience building scalable, resilient services with attention to latency, throughput, concurrency, caching, and fault tolerance

Practical understanding of engineering quality gates including peer review, automated regression testing, static analysis, and refactoring

Production ownership mindset, including observability, troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous service improvement

Knowledge & experience working in the Agile environment

Hands-on AWS cloud experience (compute, networking, IAM, etc.)

Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)

Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices – Github workflows

Experience with AWS Cloud & IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to learn new technologies quickly, take ownership, and go the extra mile in a fast-moving Agentic AI project environment

Preferred:

Experience with data platforms, AI/ML integrations, or database querying

Knowledge of other identity providers and Dat Engineering

Snowflake knowledge is an advantage.
