We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our technology team. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver across the full web application lifecycle: concept, design, development, testing, deployment, release, documentation, and support
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to design, build, test, and release web-based products
• Contribute to feature planning, system design, and technical solutions
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure and APIs, working closely with mobile and front-end teams
• Support QA activities by assisting with test case preparation and bug fixing
• Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing and new web applications
• Handle technical issues and escalations related to product support
• Clearly explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve existing systems and develop new services
• Work on both front-end and back-end development as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
• (Relevant Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web development
• Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows
• Good working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong technical skills in:
• PHP (Laravel Framework), OR
• .NET MVC / .NET Core
• Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with good communication skills
