Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain the software systems behind our AI and agent-based workflows. You will work across backend and frontend development while integrating APIs, LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows, databases, and external services.

Our primary technologies include Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, Vite, and TypeScript. You do not need experience with every technology, but you should have strong full-stack fundamentals and the ability to learn and work across different technologies.

What You Will Work On

• Build and maintain full-stack applications and internal software platforms.
• Develop backend APIs, business logic, database systems, and service integrations.
• Build frontend applications and dashboards using React, Next.js, Vite, and TypeScript.
• Develop internal tools for automating repetitive business and operational workflows.
• Build and integrate AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.
• Integrate LLM APIs, AI services, search systems, scraping systems, and third-party APIs.
• Develop marketing automation and lead-generation tools and workflows.
• Build systems for automated data collection, processing, enrichment, and outreach workflows.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based systems, validation, and secure APIs.
• Debug, optimize, test, deploy, and maintain production systems.
• Participate in architecture, system design, and technical decisions

Required Skills & Fundamentals

Backend

• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, Express.js, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST API design and backend architecture.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar systems.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, validation, and application security.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.

Frontend

• Experience with React.
• Experience with Next.js, Vite, or similar modern frontend tooling.
• Good understanding of TypeScript.
• HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.
• API integration and asynchronous data handling.
• Understanding of component-based architecture and state management.

AI, Agents & Automation

• Basic understanding of LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-powered applications.
• Interest in building AI agents and automated workflows.
• Understanding of API-based integration with AI/LLM services.
• Ability to understand how AI components connect with backend systems, databases, tools, and external services.
• Experience with AI projects, automation systems, agents, RAG, prompt workflows, or LLM integrations is a strong advantage.

Experience & Projects

• At least 1 year of relevant full-stack software development experience is preferred.
• Candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong, substantial projects with real implementation.
• Strong personal, academic, freelance, internship, or open-source projects are valuable when they demonstrate practical full-stack development.
• Candidates should be able to clearly explain their projects, architecture, responsibilities, technical decisions, challenges, and implementation.

Bonus Skills

• Docker and containerized development.
