Sr. Backend software developer to collaborate with technology teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications to meet business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Proficient in Angular and TypeScript, including state management and modular architecture.
• Strong background in REST API design, integration, and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis for data caching.
• Strong background in Message Queue such RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines is preferrable and cloud-based deployments(AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean) is a plus.
• Strong foundation in automated testing, secure coding, and application performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in financial or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
  

• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and security teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using Java SpringBoot and microservices architecture.
• Architect and develop advanced TypeScript and Angular front-end applications with robust UI/UX considerations.
• Integrate secure and high-performing RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean coding, security, and performance standards. 
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Optimize system performance and scalability through profiling and performance tuning.
• Drive automation in testing and deployment (JUnit, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Jenkins).
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and long-term system design.
• Work with PostgreSQL or MySQL for schema-based design; leverage Redis for caching and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to financial systems.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor or Head of Department.
