Position: Senior Software Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100 - $230/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute expert-level code samples, debugging strategies, and development insights in multiple programming languages.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement robust new features ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Refactor and optimize legacy code for improved clarity and efficiency.
• Document technical reasoning and solution approaches to enhance AI training data quality.
• Review and validate peer-contributed code for accuracy and clarity.
  
  

Requirements

• Significant hands-on expertise in Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems and deliver effective optimizations.
• Experience with large codebase refactoring and legacy system modernization.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
