About Braun Management
Braun Management focuses on resolving structural friction and clarifying decision rights for executive leadership teams across Europe. We provide the evidence-backed analysis necessary to fix organizational issues that hinder long-term growth and operational clarity.
The role
We are supporting a Dutch logistics company as they undergo a period of internal restructuring to improve their distribution workflows. The Associate
Web Developer role is an entry-level position created to build and maintain the internal digital tools that this client uses to track their operational performance. You will focus on creating clear, functional
web interfaces that translate complex logistics
data into accessible information for the client's executive team. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of
technical precision and an interest in how software supports large-scale business systems.
What you will do - Maintain and update internal web applications used to visualize logistics data and organizational metrics.
- Collaborate with senior developers to build clean and accessible user interfaces based on specific technical requirements.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for code and system architectures to ensure all tools are easy to support.
- Identify and fix bugs within existing web features to ensure the client experiences no interruptions in their workflows.
- Assist in migrating data from legacy systems into newer web-based reporting tools.
- Participate in code reviews to learn technical standards and ensure the quality of every software update.
- Support the creation of custom dashboards that help executive teams understand their internal decision-making processes.
- Ensure all web tools are compatible with various browsers to maintain accessibility for the remote workforce.
What we are looking for - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong interest in practical application.
- A structured and logical approach to solving technical problems.
- High attention to detail when writing code and reviewing interface layouts.
- Strong written communication skills, which are essential for contributing to our documentation-heavy culture.
- A basic understanding of how web browsers interact with servers and databases.
- A willingness to learn new technical standards and accept feedback as part of a professional development process.
- An interest in the operational challenges faced by large organizations, such as a major logistics network.
- The ability to organize your own schedule while working in a fully remote environment.
How we work
Braun Management operates as a fully remote team. We do not maintain physical offices, which means our communication must be exceptionally clear and intentional. We prioritize deep work and substantive written updates over frequent
video meetings. Every
technical decision we make for the Dutch logistics project is documented and peer-reviewed to ensure it meets our standards for precision. This environment requires individuals who can work independently while remaining closely aligned with the team's broader objectives through written documentation and consistent updates.
What we offer
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary reflective of the current market and the specialized nature of our work. You will have the opportunity to work 100 percent remote with a high degree of flexibility in how you manage your daily tasks. We provide a professional environment where junior staff are integrated into meaningful projects and receive direct mentorship from experienced developers. The role includes access to the tools needed for a formal home workstation and opportunities to learn how specialized software addresses real organizational problems. We offer a
culture that values evidence and clear thinking over corporate politics.
By building the tools that clarify operational
data, you help the Dutch logistics client navigate their most difficult structural challenges. Your work ensures that executive teams have the visibility they need to make informed decisions about their labor and distribution networks. At Braun Management, your
technical contributions are an essential part of the evidence-backed path forward we provide to every organization we serve.
