About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Next.js, React, NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript, as well as professional experience with multiple programming languages and technology ecosystems such as Java, C#, Python, Go or other modern technologies.

The role involves designing, developing, integrating, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software while taking full ownership of assigned technical tasks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Next.js, React, NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using NestJS and other relevant backend technologies.
• Build responsive, performant, and reusable frontend applications using Next.js and modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, transactions, and data models.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases and different ORM/data-access technologies.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security.
• Integrate third-party APIs, external services, payment systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code across different technology stacks.
• Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making.
• Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies, frameworks, and libraries based on project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, integration, and production issues.
• Write unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Work with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other developers.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers when required.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables from planning through successful completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience after graduation.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong professional experience with Next.js and React.
• Strong professional experience with NestJS and Node.js.
• Professional experience with multiple programming languages and technology ecosystems is required.
• Experience with at least two additional programming language/ecosystem such as Java, C#, Python, Go or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Experience with ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Hibernate, Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy, Sequelize, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and maintainable software design.

• Experience with Redis and caching.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience working with multi-tenant or enterprise applications.
• Experience leading technical tasks or small development teams.
