Your Mission

• Grow into building and maintaining our products developed in React and C#, delivering real features that clients depend on every day.
• Learn to develop integrations connecting our products to customer ERPs, accounting systems, and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Get hands-on across the Azure ecosystem — Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL.
• Work on Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint, SPFx, PCF, and Power Apps. Technologies we'll teach you as part of real client delivery.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code as a natural part of your development workflow from day one.
• Work closely with our experienced team, who handle business logic and delivery specifications — so you can stay focused on building and learning.

Who You Are

• You're solid in React and TypeScript. This is the core of what we build, and where we need you strong.
• C# / .NET is a real plus. We use it for our SaaS products and our integrations, but you can grow into it here if you're coming from the frontend side.
• Any exposure to Azure is welcome, not required.
• You are eager to learn and genuinely open. New technologies, platforms, approaches. You pick things up fast and don't wait to be shown twice.
• You are pragmatic and want to ship. You're happy to be corrected, and you welcome better ideas.
• Microsoft 365 technologies as SharePoint, SPFx, PCF, Power Apps are almost certainly new to you, and that's fine. We'll teach you. What matters is you're comfortable stepping into unfamiliar territory.
• You see AI-assisted development as the direction things are heading, not as a threat. Whether you already code with AI tools daily or are actively getting there, this mindset is important to us.
