We URGENTLY need " Full stack Engineer ( Golang, React) - eProcurement"

Requirement:

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Experience: 5+ years in fullstack development (Golang, React) with a proven record of shipping live production apps.
• Domain Knowledge: Required experience in B2B enterprise systems (ERP, eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Finance) and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Backend: Go (Golang), MongoDB, Redis, gRPC, RabbitMQ.
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, TanStack Query/Table, Zustand, Tailwind CSS.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Proficient in using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to multiply productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Experience with SAP integrations (IDoc, BAPI, OData) or micro-frontend monorepos (Turborepo, pnpm).
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, OpenTelemetry, or custom rule engines.
• Soft Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English; strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Backend & APIs: Build Go microservices (REST/gRPC), design MongoDB/Redis schemas, and implement multi-tenant procurement business logic (approvals, versioning, audits).
• Frontend: Build data-dense UI (complex forms, configurable tables, state management) in Next.js/TypeScript using TanStack, Zustand, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrations: Develop async job pipelines via RabbitMQ and contribute to ERP (SAP) data syncing for purchase orders, vendors, and goods receipts.
• Delivery & Quality: Own feature releases end-to-end, write automated tests (Go, Vitest, Playwright), write technical RFCs, and join code reviews.
