About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in both backend and frontend development, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams across different time zones, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java technologies.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, including building enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS or similar UI frameworks, demonstrating strong frontend development skills.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Hibernate for backend development and data persistence.
• Extensive experience with Servlet, JSP, MVC architectures, and security frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and related frontend technologies.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
• Solid understanding of JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, and JPA.
• Familiarity with XML, XSD, XSLT for data transformation and validation.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and mocking tools like Mockito or JMockit.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Git or TFS.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and associated technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing ReactJS and other frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Integrate and consume RESTful and SOAP web services to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Implement security best practices within applications, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and continuously improve development processes.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment across different time zones.
