This full-time hybrid Full Stack Engineer role is based in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility for some work from home. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications that power Cadre’s mental health platform, working across both front-end and back-end components.


Ongoing responsibilities include implementing new features, improving performance, ensuring responsive user interfaces, and integrating APIs and data services. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into secure, high-quality code, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and ongoing optimization of the platform.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.



  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.



  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side languages, frameworks, API design, and database integration.



  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.



  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and collaborate on product improvements.



  • Experience with security best practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and scalable architectures is beneficial.
