About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality of health insurance claim workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining the overall quality of the system. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and domain experts to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting the quality assurance process, identifying issues early, and ensuring that the system performs optimally in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior experience in health claims testing, specifically within the insurance industry, is essential. Knowledge of the TCS BaNCS platform and its modules related to health claims processing is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and basic SQL skills will be advantageous. The tester will log, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
