About Us

We’re a well-known insurtech and fintech software house in central London. Our development team is a flat 10-person team, and we’re growing rapidly as we expand the audience for our products.

The Challenge

This is an expansion role building a greenfield financial modelling and trading platform used by major finance businesses. Current challenges include cloud migration, greenfield platform development, bank-based API creation and industry-specific problems.

About the Role

We’re urgently looking for an Angular Developer to join our team. Working with our team leads, solution architects and product manager, you’ll mainly be responsible for analysing, designing and building new systems, as well as enhancing existing ones.

You’ll work directly with our Development Manager in a small, informal team. We want someone who can grow with us in responsibility and technical skill, and make a significant contribution to the products we’re building. Our office is quiet and friendly, with break-out rooms for planning and discussion.

What You Must Have

• Angular or AngularJS
• Proven experience delivering system or software development projects in a structured environment
• Knowledge of architectural development patterns such as IoC, ORM and MVC/MVVM
• HTML5 and CSS
• Some JavaScript, jQuery and related client-side frameworks
• Web services, WCF and NHibernate
• SQL Server and T-SQL
• Experience with a variety of software development approaches, including Agile Scrum and Waterfall
