Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of critical features across consumer mobile and web applications, leading through design, deployment, and iterative improvement.
• Shape and evolve the architecture of the React Native codebase to ensure scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance app quality, including integration testing, performance monitoring, and automating build pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver fast, elegant, and user-focused features.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage native modules or platform APIs to extend app capabilities.
• Influence the mobile technical roadmap and contribute to setting engineering best practices for the team.
• Provide mentorship and support to teammates via code reviews, architectural guidance, and collaborative technical decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years building high-quality mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and testing best practices.
• Proven record of shipping user-facing features in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, with experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction and roadmap decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a product mindset with passion for user experience.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end and ensuring reliability and maintainability of critical systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Swift/Objective-C and/or Android/Kotlin/Java).
• Knowledge of integration testing, end-to-end testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipeline automation for mobile solutions.
• Background in scalable, modular codebase design and monorepo organization.
• Expertise in performance monitoring, telemetry, crash reporting, and observability for real-time systems.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or operations software.
