Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer – UI/UX & Accessibility

Location: Fully Remote; Iowa candidates preferred

Seeking a senior developer with 5+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and modern front-end technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong .NET/C#, HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript development.
• Hands-on UI/UX implementation, responsive design, and enterprise design system experience.
• Formal WCAG training and experience implementing and testing WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility using tools such as JAWS and axe.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, middleware, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Recent development experience, application modernization, production support, and secure handling of sensitive data.

Preferred: Angular, AWS, GitHub, accessibility certifications, and government or healthcare experience.
