2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer, iOS role is responsible for maintaining and developing new features for the organization’s mobile applications on iOS. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences that complement the overall product ecosystem, contributing directly to the usability and reach of the platform on mobile devices.

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to implement key features for iPhone and iPad apps

• Utilize Apple technologies such as Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit in development

• Participate in user research and testing to better understand customer needs

• Share responsibility for testing, releasing, and maintaining mobile applications

• Document architectural designs and technical requirements

• Provide constructive feedback to team members

• Assist in interviewing and recruiting engineers

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in iOS application development

• Deep understanding of mobile product development practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-platform teams

• Proven ability to write maintainable and performant code that delivers user value

• Strong product sense with a focus on understanding user needs

• Enthusiasm for mentoring and contributing to engineering culture

Preferred:

• Experience leading mobile-first projects preferred

• Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby) preferred

• Ability to prototype UI designs in code using standard mobile UI/UX patterns preferred

• Experience with Android development, API endpoint maintenance, or user behavior analytics preferred

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base salary range: $153,000 to $376,000 USD, subject to adjustment based on location and candidate qualifications
