The Role

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions for the P&C claims industry.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and planning of new features and system capabilities for a comprehensive AI-powered SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, actuaries, and subject-matter experts.
• Integrate data science, AI outputs, and model-driven insights into production application workflows.
• Build and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests, supporting deployment pipelines and release processes.
• Architect and implement modern front-end frameworks (React/TypeScript) and robust backend API services (Django, REST).
  
  

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript (preferably Next.js), and backend API services using Django, REST, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Cloud development experience with Azure and/or AWS, and Docker/containerized application development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Understanding of Agile practices and the full software development lifecycle, with excellent technical design and debugging skills.
• Experience with domain-driven design, microservice architecture, event-driven architecture, and REST API design.
