Pay: $100,000 - $120,000

Location: fully remote

We are looking for talented Software Developers from around the world to join our growing remote team. You will work with international clients, participate in various software projects, collaborate with distributed teams, and help build reliable, scalable, and maintainable digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for various client projects.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Build and improve web applications, backend services, mobile applications, APIs, or automation systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
• Collaborate with international clients and distributed teams.
• Research and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development tools when appropriate.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Manage priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Share knowledge with team members and support less experienced developers.
• Maintain high standards for software quality, performance, and security.
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (senior candidates preferred, exceptional candidates are welcome regardless of years of experience).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and one software development framework.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Experience building real-world applications, products, or client projects.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

• Experience with any of the following:
• Frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, or similar)
• Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, PHP, Ruby, .NET, or similar)
• Mobile development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or similar)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
• AI tools and modern developer productivity tools
• Open-source contributions, GitHub projects, or personal portfolios
