For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to join an exciting international project focused on building modern data processing solutions and cloud-based ETL workflows.

📍 Location: Fully Remote (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary & Poland)

📄 Contract: B2B / Freelance

📅 Project duration: 6 months with a high possibility of extension

🌍 Language: English (daily communication)

💰 Rate: From €350/MD (depending on experience)

💻 Tech stack:

• Python (OOP)

• ETL development (ideally Databricks)

• AWS Batch, Step Functions, Lambda, Airflow

• PostgreSQL (or Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

• AWS (EC2, S3, Athena)

• Docker

• GitHub Actions / CI/CD

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• REST APIs / GraphQL

⭐ Nice to have:

• Kubernetes & Helm

• Streamlit, React, or another frontend framework

• Robot Framework or Selenium

• HPC or resource-intensive data processing

• Bioinformatics / Omics data

• Elasticsearch

• Linux & C/C++ build environments
