Company Description VietCAD CO., LTD specializes in engineering, scientific, and business software solutions, serving CAD, CAM, GIS, PCB design, and broader engineering and business software needs. The company provides end-to-end services, including hardware, software, internet programming, computer training, and custom software development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build reusable, responsive front-end components and user workflows using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js).  
2. Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs and backend services using server-side runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go).  
3. Design, query, and optimize relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
4. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
5. Actively participate in agile sprint ceremonies, code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.  
6. Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues across both client and server layers.  

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Experience: 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack web development.
2. Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one core framework (React, Angular, or Vue).  
3. Backend: Solid experience building server-side applications, authentication flows, and API integrations with Node.js, Python/Django/FastAPI, Java, or C#/.NET.
4. Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, query optimization, and basic caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
5. Tools & Practices: Practical experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker), and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, PyTest).  
6. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience deploying or maintaining workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).  
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, or message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).  
• Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
