#Hiring: Web Developer (3+ Years Experience) | Immediate to 15 Days

Job Title: Web Developer

Years of Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: WFO

Purpose:

Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications including B2C portals, customer portals, other internal portals, B2B APIs, Middleware APIs and digital service platforms for insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js or Java Spring Boot for backend APIs connecting to Oracle or other databases.

• Design and maintain integration layers between web portals and core systems (TCS BaNCS, CRM, Oracle Fusion, Data Lake).

• Build and optimize database schemas and queries (Oracle – primary; SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL – secondary).

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Support existing web portals, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely fixes/enhancements.

• Implement secure coding practices and adhere to IT security and compliance guidelines.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional code.

• Maintain proper version control (Git) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Python would be a plus.

• Strong database experience with Oracle and other databases (SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres).

• Strong knowledge and experience in RESTful APIs, authentication, documentation and integration with third-party services.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud (optional advantage).

• Experience in agile projects would be preferred.

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills; logical problem-solving mindset.

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in English
