Role Description This full-time remote Full-Stack Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support Farmkin’s e-commerce and digital experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, and integrating data from various systems to ensure smooth site performance. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. The Full-Stack Developer also contributes to improving site security, performance, and reliability, while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills for building and maintaining end-to-end web solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills for creating responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills for designing APIs, managing data storage, and ensuring application performance and security.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams is essential.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
