The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer ready to grow into a Tech Lead within 3 months. You’ll start by shipping high-impact features and earning deep context on our platform, then step into leading architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and driving technical direction across the team.

What You’ll Do

— Design and implement scalable software solutions for complex logistics workflows

— Propose and document architecture decisions with clear trade-off analysis

— Collaborate with product managers to shape requirements and priorities

— Work closely with QA to ensure quality across releases

— Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability

— Transition into tech leadership: owning technical roadmaps, mentoring developers, and setting engineering standards

Tech Stack

— NestJS, GraphQL, ReactJS (required)

— At least 1 major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

— IaC and monitoring tools

— React Native experience is a strong plus

— Optimization and routing algorithms familiarity is a bonus

Requirements

— 5+ years of proven full-stack development experience

— Fluency in English is mandatory — written and verbal communication must be excellent

— Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking

— Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

— BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

— Experience building scalable, high-performance applications
