About the Role

We're a SaaS company delivering HR services, looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house engineering team. You'll work across modern and legacy applications, contributing to both frontend and backend development on our enterprise level HR, staffing, and financial platform.

Tech Stack

Frontend: React 17+, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Material UI (MUI), CSS in JS (Styled Components), Cypress, Webpack.

Backend: Node.js/NestJS (preferred) or Express, TypeScript, ASP.NET MVC/Web API (C#), REST APIs, WebSockets.

Databases: MongoDB (Mongoose), SQL Server.

Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch), Docker, Redis, JWT/OAuth.

Responsibilities

Develop new features across multiple web applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Build responsive, reusable React components. Support deployments with Docker and AWS. Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate daily with cross functional teams.

Must Have Qualifications

2 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React. Experience with NestJS or Express. Solid understanding of MongoDB/NoSQL and REST API design. Working knowledge of Redux Toolkit and Material UI. Familiarity with JWT/OAuth authentication.

Nice to Have

ASP.NET MVC/Web API (C#) experience. Exposure to WebSockets and microservices architecture. Working knowledge of AWS Cognito. Prior experience in HR tech, SaaS, or multi tenant platforms.

Additional Requirements

Full time, remote role, preferably based in Bogotá or nearby areas. Comfortable working with both modern and legacy systems. Available to start within 2 to 4 weeks.
