Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring performant, secure, and scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. The role involves reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to technical architecture decisions and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, requiring active participation in team meetings, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience designing and implementing end-to-end web applications.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including API design, server-side logic, and database integration.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as Git.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, security best practices, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Neptune Software, PowerApps) or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
